There’s no doubt that the International Women Leadership Conference was a success, all glory to God! There were a lot of lessons I learnt at the conference and I thought of sharing them particularly with those who wanted to make it down but couldn’t.
-The world wouldn’t give you what you want, it will give you what you take. – Build the mindset that you’re the missing part of the puzzle. -It doesn’t matter where you’re from or how you were brought up, what matters is what you do with what you have. Do not start whatever you want to start from a self-defeating point. -Do not be apologetic about being the best you can be.
-When a woman deploys her talent, she becomes an asset to her family, and not a liability.
-Marry a guy because you want to marry him, not because he wants to marry you. -You don’t need a political platform to make a change.
-Follow your calling, make it deliberate, be deliberate about your life. -Protect your integrity at every point in time. -Live your life in a way of respect. -You can be who you want to be as long as you understand the principles and you follow them.
